Therapy includes you.
This practice is affirming and inclusive across identity, background, and relationship structure.
If something about your identity or life is relevant to your goals, we'll talk about it because it matters, not because you need to justify who you are or how your relationship works.
LGBTQ+
I work with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and relationships including trans and nonbinary clients, in all relationship structures, whether monogamous, ethically non-monogamous, polyamorous, or open.
Immigrants
If your cultural background, immigration experience, or family dynamics are part of what you're navigating, there's room for that here. This includes immigrants, undocumented individuals, and mixed-status families.
BIPOC
I understand that race, culture, and identity shape your experience of stress, relationships, and mental health in ways that a therapist who doesn't acknowledge that context will miss.
Neurodivergent
If you're neurodivergent, whether you have a formal diagnosis, a recent one, or just a lifelong sense that your brain works differently than most systems were built for, you'll find that reflected in how I work.
Reduced Fees
Some of the communities named on this page face real barriers to accessing care, including financial ones. A limited number of reduced fee spots are available, so if cost is a concern, bring it up during the consultation.
