ADHD Coaching
Overwhelmed, frustrated, and ready to find a new approach.
The short version
ADHD can be like having a mischievous gremlin who makes everything a little harder. It shows up in your motivation, your procrastination, starting tasks and finishing them, your memory, your sense of time, how you handle emotion, even your social interactions, and the list goes on. It can be easy to get frustrated with your ADHD, or your suspected ADHD. A lot of the time it feels like life would be simpler if the gremlin would just stay out of it.

The catch is that forcing yourself to do things the way everyone else does tends to backfire. What works is building approaches that fit how you operate, and that part can be hard to figure out on your own. That's where ADHD coaching helps.

We'll start by identifying what you want to be able to do and what currently isn't working, then build new approaches, habits, and patterns that work for you. Your ADHD isn't going anywhere, and it can be managed well.

I understand ADHD from the inside. I know what it's like to live in the gap between being fully capable and still getting stuck on things that come easily to other people. The frustration can go from 0 to 100 fast. Coaching is where we make that gap smaller.
What Becomes Possible
Getting Unstuck
The thing that's on fire right now gets your attention first. We start with the problem in front of you and tackle the barriers first.
Gaining Traction Again
Start making progress instead of spinning by finding approaches that fit how you work. Small wins that show that you can rely on yourself.
Catching Up
The pile gets smaller, emails get answered, overdue tasks get handled, and getting caught up begins to feel possible.
How ADHD Coaching Works
Sessions focus on what's getting in the way like an inbox you've stopped opening because it's gotten too big to face, five projects started this month and none of them finished, a weekend plan that made sense on Wednesday and fell apart by Friday. We develop something around the specific things that are happening, not a general productivity plan.

I hold you accountable in our sessions. We look at what you set out to do, name what got in the way, and figure out what to try next. You get a steady partner in the work, someone tracking your goals alongside you, session to session.

We go at the pace that fits your life. A week where everything's on fire looks different from a quieter one, and the plan adjusts to match. What stays constant is the direction we're heading and the sessions that keep you honest about getting there.
What Coaching Can Help With
Task Initiation
Getting started on tasks that slip through the cracks or that you run out of time for by reworking your approach so you don't rely on willpower.
Time Blindness
Learning how long things take, where your time goes, and the difference between now and not now, so you can plan with accuracy.
Routines
Building habits you like and that matter to you, so keeping them going leaves you feeling steadier and more sure of yourself.
Motivation
Working with your defaults, what interests you, your strengths, creativity, novelty, and sense of urgency, so the work takes less out of you.
Follow-Through
Getting to the finish line even after the initial interest fades or the task turns boring, and easing the friction that builds up along the way.
Transitions
Moving from one task to the next, especially after an interruption or when the next thing feels duller or harder by comparison.
