ABOUT ME

About Me

You might be doing everything right and still feel stuck, anxious, or like something just isn't clicking. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationships, and major life transitions. People who are ready to understand what's actually driving their patterns, not just manage them. I meet you where you are, creating a space for curiosity, thoughtfulness, and sometimes even a little humor.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll lean into your strengths, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life with tools that actually work for you.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method, tailoring my work to what fits you best.

I offer pro bono therapy to victims of crime and members of the military and their families through Give an Hour. I'm also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at George Washington University's School of Medicine and Health Sciences. I provide psychosocial education to medical students to develop skills in interviewing, communication, and empathy, with a focus on whole-person, humanistic care rather than just treating symptoms.

Outside the therapy room, I practice what I encourage you to do: live with intention and balance. My self-care includes time with my dog, Ellie, as well as hiking, snowboarding, and camping.

SPECIALTIES

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something just isn’t clicking in your life or relationship? I offer individual and couples therapy, specializing in helping people navigate relationships and major life transitions. This may include managing stress and anxiety, healing from relational and dating trauma or infidelity, moving through grief or divorce, or building healthier communication and self-worth. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming care and support clients in all relationship structures.

01

ADHD

Living with ADHD can feel like an uphill battle with focus, organization, and frustration. It can affect your confidence, relationships, and productivity. Having navigated this myself, I offer therapy for ADHD that combines clinical expertise with personal insight, helping you build strategies that work for your brain instead of forcing it to work like everyone else's.

02

Anxiety

Anxiety can feel like a constant background noise or crash in all at once. The heavy chest, racing heart, and exhaustion can make it hard to keep up. It can touch relationships, work, and everyday life. Therapy for anxiety helps you build tools to calm your system while understanding what’s underneath it so you can feel more steady, capable, and in control.

03

Relationship Therapy

Even strong relationships can get stuck in cycles of miscommunication, distance, and stagnant sex and intimacy. You might feel like you’re having the same argument or can’t quite find your way back to each other. Relationship therapy offers space to slow down, rebuild understanding and trust, and reconnect after ruptures. I offer relationship therapy for all relationship structures.

04

Life Transitions

Change can feel exciting and disorienting, especially when you’re usually the one who keeps it all together. New relationships, jobs, school, or life shifts can bring stress, anxiety, or self-doubt you didn’t expect. Together, we’ll navigate these transitions, tap into your resilience, and find stability even when everything feels uncertain.
